Mthethwa reveals why he was fired by Baroka
Former Baroka FC assistant coach Fani Mthethwa has refuted claims that he was fired by Bakgaga for trying to lure Tendai Ndoro to train with the club without informing CEO Morgan Mammila.

Speaking to Limsportzone, Mthethwa admitted to trying to get Ndoro to train with Baroka, but added that the club management knew about it.
“One of the things I suffered for now is that I didn’t want to be an assistant coach who would be a spy and say stuff about the head coach to the management. When they (management) tried saying stuff I would say no, I can’t talk behind his back, let’s discuss it with the head coach (Wedson Nyirenda),” said Mthethwa.
“That man is very good and I have learnt a lot from him. It’s just that me and him of course we have different characters while the head coach is a soft character, a very nice guy with a lot of knowledge but with me I would say exactly the way it is,” added Mthethwa.
