Exiled Kaizer Chiefs strike is expected to complete his loan move to Bloemfontein Celtic on Wednesday.
Mthembu has been training with Siwelele for more than a week looking to earn a move to Bethlehem in search of game time after failing to break into Steve Komphela’s starting lineup last season. He was relegated to the bench and subsequently placed on the transfer list before the start of the 2016/2017 season.
Kaizer Chiefs football manager Bobby Motaung is confident that they can finalise the deal today and find Mthembu a club by Wednesday.
“Mthembu is at Celtic, and we reached an agreement with Max Tshabalala that he can join them on loan. We want to complete the deal today [Wednesday]. We are trying to find club for our other players and will announce the names of the players soon.”
