Moleko and Mphahlele have agreed to two-year deals with Amakhosi, which will see them stay at the club until 2021.
Chiefs made the announcement on their official Twitter account on Monday.
“Kgotso Moleko has signed a two-year contract extension with the Club. He will continue to don the Gold & Black until June 2021,” read a tweet from Chiefs.
Mphahlele spent most of the 2018/19 season in the recovery room after sustaining an injury while on national duty with Bafana Bafana, but managed to find his feet in the second stanza of the season.
The former Mamelodi Sundowns captain says he is happy to stay with Amakhosi for two more seasons.
“I’m happy that I extended the contract to remain at this great club. It is now for me to repay the club by winning trophies.”
