Mosimane was once SA’s most expensive player
A cut out from a newspaper article published in the 80s claims that Mamelodi Sundowns coach Pitso Mosimane was once South Africa’s most expensive player.

In the article doing the rounds on social media Sundowns paid a record fee of R60 000 to Jomo Cosmos for Mosimane.

The League prize money was valued at R10 000 at the time.

Mosimane is one of the most successful coaches in South Africa having won the Caf Champions League and three Absa Premiership titles with Sundowns.
