The former Ajax Cape Town has been kept out of the pitch by a groin strain since in January.
Porates assistant coach Rhulani Mokwena yesterday confirmed the return of Mobara, but delivered the sad news that striker Thabiso Kutumela might be ruled out for the rest of the season.
“Mobara is back, he has been training with the whole squad. Jackson Mabokgwane had a concussion, Musa Nyatama has a dead leg, but Kutumela’s injury seems to very serious and he might be out for the rest of the season. It is unfortunate that he got injured at a time when he was playing and making progress,” said Mokwena.
As much as Kutumela’s injury is a major blow for the Buccaneers, the return of Mobara should be pleasing to the club as he also adds a lot of value to the team.
