Wits and Edwin Gyimah part ways
Phakaaathi has learnt that Bidvest Wits released midfielder Edwin Gyimah.

The 28-year-old Ghanaian midfielder joined Wits from Swedish second-tier side Helsingborgs IF in January 2018, but failed to make the required impact at the Milpark-based side.
The former Orlando Pirates player managed to make just five appearances for Wits in the 2018/19 season. This compelled the Clever Boys to terminate his contract.
Meanwhile, as reported earlier, Wits have signed former Pirates and Ajax Cape Town winger Sameehg Doutie and ex-Mamelodi Sundowns defender Siyanda Zwane as they bolster their squad ahead of the upcoming season.
