Stars keen on Pirates’ Nkosi
A source at Free State Stars has told Phakaaathi that the club will once again approach Orlando Pirates for the services of their former striker Ayanda Nkosi on a loan deal for next season.

Earlier in the year, Phakaaathi reported that Ea Lla Koto were looking to bring Nkosi as well as team-mate Sello Japhta back to Bethlehem.
However, the deal didn’t materialise and Japhta was sent out on loan to Chippa United, while Nkosi stayed at Pirates.
“The team has not been the same this season, there are many departments where the club is lacking, particularly when it comes to attacking players. We are currently fighting to get out of the relegation zone, we all know we will not end up playing in the NFD because everyone is committed to working hard so that we can secure our PSL status.
“But we also have to look at the future, we don’t want to have another season such as this one. That is why we will go into the market and get all the players we think can help the team to compete. Nkosi is one of the players we would really like to see back at the club,” said the source.
