Chippa United coach Dan Malesela is uncertain about his future at the club after being brought back from his break.

Malesela was put on so-called “gardening leave” by the club’s management after a succession of poor results, and that has brought about a sense of uncertainty surrounding the mentor’s future, considering club chairman Siviwe Mpengesi’s track record of summarily dismissing coaches.
“I still have a contract running up to 2019, but obviously it does not guarantee anything because you can negotiate things and it depends on what happens, on whether the club wants me to stay or what,” Malesela told Phakaaathi at the weekend
