Phakaaathi has learnt that SuperSport United midfielder Thabo Mnyamane could follow his former captain Thuso Phala out of the Matsatsantsa nest as he feels he needs a new challenge.
Phala was released by the Tshwane based side a few weeks ago after he had spent some time on the side lines, as he was apparently no longer interested in staying on at the club.

Mnyamane has been out with a long-term injury but sources have revealed that he is not so keen on staying with Kaitano Tembo’s team, even when he is recovered.
“There were talks that he would be joining (Mamelodi) Sundowns but that has not materialised as yet. What I know is that he could be leaving that team at the end of the season although I don’t know where he will go. He is a special player and feels he could be making bigger contributions elsewhere,” said a source.
