'The Big Question is; what kind of Legacy are we building and will be leaving behind for our children,' wrote Komphela on his Twitter.

Mamelodi Sundowns’ senior coach Steve Komphela took to Twitter to express his opinion on the debates that ensued following the death of former Apartheid president FW De Klerk last week.
There were varying opinions on how he should be remembered with some insisting he was responsible for the oppressive system that limited the growth of black in the country. Some said he should be honoured for allowing for a democratic process to take place.

Writing on his Twitter account, Komphela said people should focus more on building their own legacies for their families rather than spending too much time worrying about De Klerk’s.
“As we reflect, remind and remember the legacy of FW De Klerk. What it says to his grandchildren and future generations. Blame him not because even his Legacy was an inherited one. The Big Question is; what kind of Legacy are we building and will be leaving behind for our children,” wrote Komphela.
