Chiefs youngster on trial in Belgium
In January he was set to go to FC Barcelona in Spain but Covid-19 restrictions played out against him.

Kaizer Chiefs’ DStv Diski Challenge star Mduduzi Shabalala has jetted off to Belgium where he is set for trials, Phakaaathi has heard. Shabalala will undergo trials at K.V.C Westerlo and he jetted off this week.
“He left this week. Everyone is hoping that he succeeds because he has the talent and could grow even further in Europe,” said a source.

Phakaaathi understands that it is not the first time that Shabalala has attracted the interest of overseas teams. In January he was set to go to FC Barcelona in Spain but Covid-19 restrictions played out against him.
“He is bound to play overseas. This trial is not the last one he will go to unless they sign him. He is set for other trials in JUne as well,” added the source.
