A club source believes Shopane wasn’t going to get game time at senior level and now he can’t even play in the MultiChoice Diski Challenge. Thus joining GladAfrica Championship side Swalloows FC is good for him.

“It is very difficult for youngsters to break into the senior team, so he was just going to sit in the grandstands. There are already Nkosinghipile Ngcobo and Happy Mashiane who are fighting for a place in the starting line-up and they are finding it very difficult,” said the source.
