Keagan Buchanan has asked that Kaizer Chiefs release him from him contract as he feels he has not been given a proper chance to prove himself at the Naturena based side.

Buchanan was signed three years ago but has hardly played in official games and now wants out according to Phakaaathi Plus sources.
“Buchanan wants out but it will be difficult because Chiefs want to keep him at least until the new coach has seen him. They have offered to send him on loan instead but I don’t see him accepting that,” said a source.
Chiefs are yet to hire a new coach after Steve Komphela resigned following a prolonged trophy-less spell.
