Duba was promoted to the first team towards the end of last season, with the striker having impressed with his goal-scoring abilities in the DStv Diski Challenge (DDC).
The 19-year-old striker made a couple of appearances for the first team last campaign, but he has not been able to feature for the seniors currently.
Duba has been playing for Chiefs’ reserves lately in the DDC, but, the management of the club wants the striker to gain more experience and a loan move for him in the Motsepe Foundation Championship would be ideal for him.
Apparently, there was a plan for Duba to be loaned out at the start of the season, but the management couldn’t find him a suitable team to be able to play regularly.

“We’ve all seen how difficult it has been for him to adjust at the top level, but, it is not a big issue. He just needs some regular game-time and he will be okay. The management believe he will be able to get to his best,” said an insider.
