Bartlett was sacked as the coach of Spurs following a poor start in the DStv Premiership season.
The former Bafana Bafana striker, however, stands a good chance of getting back into coaching, but in a lower division, with a source claiming a club boss believes Bartlett has great knowledge and experience of playing in the National First Division (NFD).
According to the source, Pretoria Callies are the club seeking to rope the former Kaizer Chiefs assistant coach into their coaching staff and work closely with head coach Kwanele Kopo.
Callies have only collected six points, 10 behind first placed Orbit College.

“It has not been convincing (the start to the new season). It has already put the club under pressure because the goal was to start well and make sure a top-three position is maintained all the way until the end of the season.
“So, bringing in someone like Bartlett now could be good for the club, that’s what the board thinks. They believe he will add great value in the technical team and working with Kopo.”
