Mbalula took a picture with Santana in Russia during the World Cup and added a hilarious caption to his social media post.
“Bumped into Santana orejisitse di maan, yasityisa lendoda city of Rostov,(I bumped into Santana. We lost because of this guy)”
His followers responded by asking to tell Santana to “pay back the money”.
