Major player clear-out at Sundowns
Mamelodi Sundowns coach Pitso Mosimane has hinted at a clear-out in the upcoming January transfer window as he plans to reinforce his side for the 2018 Caf Champions League.

Players like Thela Ngobeni, Siyanda Zwane, Cuthbert Malajila, Thabo Nthethe and Kennedy Mweene are said to be on their way out of Sundowns.

Khama Billiat, Tiyani Mabunda, Themba Zwane and Leonardo Castro are also yet to renew their contracts with the Choorkop-based outfit.

Mosimane could not say which players he will be releasing except to confirm that he will be making changes to his squad.
“We kept some players last time because we did not want to lose Champions League- registered players. But now we need to shed what we don’t need and get players for the Champions League because we can only register players in January,” said Mosimane.
