Lucas Radebe’s brother dies

Bafana Bafana legend Lucas Radebe has expressed sadness at losing 'the man who taught him how to play football'.


Radebe’s eldest brother, Abraham ‘Siga’ Radebe, 57, died of kidney failure and heart complications at Baragwanath Hospital on Friday evening.

“This is sad news for the family because this is the man who taught me how to play football,” Radebe told eNCA.

Siga will be buried on Saturday in Diepkloof.

The service will take place at the family home at number 7 159, Modisa Street, Zone 4, in Diepkloof, on Saturday morning.
