The two teams are replaying the game after the initial fixture had to be postponed after less than 15 minutes in early December after heavy rains led to a water-logged pitch.
Now they will be starting from scratch and both clubs will be desperate for victory as they aim to improve in recent form.
Usuthu snapped an eight-game winless sequence dating back to October last year with a 2-0 triumph over SuperSport United at the weekend, while Siwelele lost their last two games, the latest a 1-0 defeat at the hands of Bidvest Wits.
It has left them in ninth place with 23 points from 17 matches, five more than the KZN outfit, who are 13th but have two matches in hand on most of the teams above them.
