Ajax Cape Town and Mamelodi Sundowns will both be out to avoid a third successive league defeat when they clash at the Cape Town Stadium on Tuesday.

Ajax went down 1-2 to Maritzburg United at home last Friday, that result leaving them in the relegation zone, two points above rock-bottom Bidvest Wits and two from safety.
They were outplayed by Maritzburg and such have been the Urban Warriors’ struggles this season that they replaced coach Stanley Menzo with Muhsin Ertugral at the end of last year, although the Turk was not on the bench on Friday night as his paperwork had not gone through yet.
Ertugral says, however, that he has faith that his side have the quality to turn around their season.
