This was Phakaaathi’s live reporting of the Africa Cup of Nations (Afcon) semifinal clash between Nigeria and South Africa at Stade de la Paix.

The game was decided on the penalty shootout after it ended 1-1 after 120 minutes of football.

In the end, the Super Eagles won 4-2 on penalties.
