Laffor was heavily linked to a move to Kaizer Chiefs during the January transfer period, with other reports also suggesting that he had signed a pre-contract with Amakhosi.
However, the Liberian international says he is happy to be staying with the African Champions.

“When I went back home to Liberia, I took my Champions League winning jersey to the president of the country, and I want to continue doing so in future,” Laffor told the club’s official website.
“I have a better opportunity here at Sundowns to play against the best in the continent and the world, hence I chose Sundowns.
“I’m eternally grateful to the club president, coaches and the supporters for the support and love.”
