Khuzwayo pleads for a starting berth tonight
Kaizer Chiefs goalkeeper Brilliant Khuzwayo took to social media to ask for a place in Steve Komphela's starting XI for tonight's league tie against AmaZulu.

The 27-year-old says he would like to face his former club in the township where he grew up in, however, understands that Itumeleng Khune could get the nod to be in goals.

“Former team that gave you your 1st contract, Stadium 5 minutes away from home, township you spent your whole entire childhood playing football at. I would give up anything to even get a minute on that field tonight. But I guess I’ll have to wait for my chance,” read Khuzwayo’s tweet.

Fans offered words of encouragement to Khuzwayo in response to his tweet.
