Khune took the ball from behind the line – Johnson
AmaZulu coach Cavin Johnson says his side were denied a legitimate goal by the referee during their 0-0 draw against Kaizer Chiefs at the King Zwelithini Stadium on Wednesday night.

Itumeleng Khune made a double save in the first half to keep Amakhosi in the game.
The second save came under the spotlight as the leg Khune used to keep the ball out was over the goal line.

Johnson made a note of the incident in his post-match interview.

“The rain, referees, but a good performance. We should’ve done better with our first half chances. I thought we did score a goal, Khune took the ball from behind the line,” said Johnson.
“We had chances and they had chances. Rhulani normally puts the penalties away. A lot of effort from the youngsters and we created chances”
