Khune and Larsen win monthly PSL awards
Kaizer Chiefs goalkeeper Itumeleng Khune and Golden Arrows coach Clinton Larsen have won the Absa Premiership Player and Coach of the Month awards respectively.

Khune has put in a good shift for Chiefs winning consecutive Man- of-the-Match awards against Cape Town City, Maritzburg United and Golden Arrows.
Larsen’s side has started the season well, beating league champions Bidvest Wits, AmaZulu and Platinum Stars.
Overall, Abafana Bes’thende have won three and drew two of their opening five league games.

Meanwhile, Khune posted a picture of himself en route to Durban on Tuesday morning to collect his award. The awards ceremony was meant to be held there ut was postponed due to inclement weather.
