The former Warriors captain says the game is a must win for Zimbabwe and coach Chidzambwa had to overlook other players for the nation to get a result in this match.
“It is just one game to go and we cannot be making experiments, so those who have been called into camp can do the job very well,” Katsande was quoted as saying by ZimbabweToday.
“Of course, I would have loved to be part of the team but, honestly, I am on a rough patch at the moment and it is justified for the coach not to take any risks.”
Katsande added that no one is bigger than the national team, saying the interests of the national team need to come before those of individuals.
