Cosmos was charged for failing to honour their National First Division fixture against Cape Town All Stars FC, which was scheduled for March 31, 2017.
The second offence by Ezenkosi was failing to field a minimum of five U23 players throughout the match against Mthatha Bucks FC.
“They will appear in front of the Premier Soccer League disciplinary committee next week Thursday, 04 May 2017,” read a statement from the PSL.
