Johnson proud of his youngsters
Platinum Stars coach Cavin Johnson is delighted with the effort his youngsters put during the Caf Confederation Cup Group B match against MC Alger last weekend.

Johnson went into the game with a number of young players in his line-up which featured the likes Benson Shilongo, Katleho Khunou and Neo Links.
The youngsters managed to hold the Algerian outfit to a 1-1 draw at the Royal Bafokeng Stadium on Sunday.
“We didn’t carry on with our game. We didn’t continue in the vein where we use the youngsters to go at them. Credit should go to the youngsters. They all raised their hands. They haven’t been regulars in the team but on Sunday they showed a lot of fight and effort,” said Johnson.
Dikwena will next face Swaziland side Mbabane Swallows in their next group stages match on May 23.
