Jali not returning to Pirates any time soon – agent
Bafana Bafana international midfielder Andile Jali will not be rejoining Orlando Pirates, at least not in the near future, his agent Mike Makaab told Phakaaathi.
Jali moved to Belgium side KV Oostende in 2014 after spending about five years at the Buccaneers.
With his current deal set to come to an end soon, speculation has been rife that he could return to South Africa to join Pirates. Makaab, however, insists that Jali will remain in Europe.
“Andile Jali’s situation at the moment is that his contract expires at the end of the season,” said Makaab.

Makaab revealed that Oostende are keen on holding on to the midfield maestro who made his 100th appearance for the club known as De Kustboys on October 17.
“We are currently in talks with the club and we are also in talks with a number of European clubs who have expressed real interest in Andile’s services,” added Makaab.
Makaab says he and his client are open to other offers in and around Europe.
“Right now we are trying to keep Andile in Europe. We are looking at countries like Belgium, France and England but at this stage I can’t mention any particular names.
“We just need to dismiss the talks that he is coming back to South Africa,” he concluded.
