I can only see Ndulula next season, says Shakes Mashaba

Ndulula has been without a club for a while after failed stints at various Absa Premiership clubs including Orlando Pirates, Kaizer Chiefs and Chippa United.
“I wouldn’t know about the time before I got there,” said Mashaba about rumours that Ndulula had been on trial at Siyavutha recently.
“But guess what? Last week I spoke to Ndulula. He phoned me. And I asked the people there with me how he got hold of my number and they told me it is easy these days to get someone’s number. You just go on Google and get it,” added Mashaba.
“I spoke to him. He wanted to come to us. But unfortunately I told him we have to finish off with this big problem that we are facing (relegation). It’s good to bring in new players but you have to be careful. We are facing this mammoth task of coming out of relegation. Bringing in new players will be like starting afresh. Do we go on with the players that we have? Or should we say at least they are passionate about moving away from this position,” he explained.
Mashaba meanwhile persuaded the media to refrain from referring to him as “Bra Shakes” but to use “Mkhulu (Grandpa) Shakes” instead.
“I see everyone is now calling me Bra Shakes and I don’t know if it is because I have gone down to the NFD,” he said jokingly. “I still want to be called ‘Mkhulu Shakes’,” said the former Bafana mentor.
