The SuperSport United midfielder is tasked with sustaining the Ben10 franchise across Africa and connecting the Fifa World Cup with the cartoon franchise.
“South Africa’s favourite soccer star Reneilwe “Yeye” Letsholonyane (@reneilwe06) has been unveiled as new Ben 10 ambassador for Africa by cartoon network Africa!,” read a tweet from Kwesa TV.
“With the #FIFAWorldCup officially kicking off on 14 June 2018, connecting a local #Ben10 ambassador campaign to this global event, and beloved sport in Africa, was a natural progression.”
Letsholonyane is delighted with the new adventure.
“I jumped at the chance to work with Cartoon network. Ben10 has always been about an average kid that finds himself in extraordinary circumstances – boy, girl, no matter your age, or cultural background.”
