Macha joined Baroka at the end of the 2016/17 season after failing to make an impact at Chiefs.

The Zambian striker was fingered in the alleged drinking incident that happened on the team bus after a game with Free State Stars.

The drinking incident saw coach Kgoloko Thobejane, Oscarine Masuluke and club captain Olaleng Shaku lose their jobs at the club.

Macha was spared until the end of the 2017/18 season.
