Former Chiefs defender Masilela eyeing South American move

Masilela left Chiefs after the club decided to not renew his contract, which expired at the end of the season.

Mike Makaab, Masilela’s agent, has urged the defender to go on trial in South America.

“Makaab want Masilela to play in South America,” a source told Isolezwe.

“A few Absa Premiership sides are interested in signing him. Most of them are in Joburg, but Makaab wants him to go try his luck overseas.”
