Bloemfontein Celtic coach Veseline Jelusic says the club not having money is making it difficult for them to fight for players in the transfer market.
Celtic had financial challenges throughout the season, failing to pay their players and technical staff on time.

“This team has the potential to grow, do better. But we need players that can play the way we need them to,” Jelisic was quoted as saying by Isolezwe.
“We need strikers that can score goals for us. We would like to sign players with international experience, but the problem is money. When we are in a bidding war with other teams, we fall short because of money.”
