Baxter is expected to announce his squad for this match this morning and according to the Daily Sun, Baxter is set to call up Erasmus to help with goal scoring.
Baxter is in need of a goalscorer for the game against Libya, with South Africa needing only a point to qualify for the 2019 Afcon in Egypt.
Erasmus, who has not been in the Bafana Bafana setup for two years, has been in fine form for City, scoring three goals in three matches for Benni McCarthy’s side.
