Links has agreed to a four-and-a-half-year deal while Shilongo signed a three-and-a-half-year contract.
Links was promoted to the club’s first team in 2016, while Shilongo joined Stars in 2016 from Botswana’s Gaborone United.
Both players have only made one appearance for Dikwena this season.
