The South African national team is set to play Zambia in the second leg of the Chan qualifier on Saturday.
Both team take a two goals into the second leg with the first game in East London finishing in a 2-2 draw.
Teams usually travel in a bus when they land at the airport, but it seems Bafana were offered a truck.
Head coach Stuart Baxter couldn’t travel with the team and Senong will lead Bafana in his absence. Baxter on Monday is expected to announce the Bafana squad that will play Cape Verde in a World Cup qualifier.
