This comes after, Jordaan, through his lawyer, Mamodupi Mohlala-Mulaudzi, released a statement denying raping Ferguson in a Port Elizabeth hotel 24 years ago.

However, speaking to 702, the former ANC MP and singer said Jordaan’s response was laughable.
“This statement of his, I laughed when I read that he has been quiet because of his ‘empathy’ for victims of gender-based violence. It sounds very ridiculous.”
“This is a legal strategy that they’re employing. At this stage, I feel that Danny should have gotten himself advice from a social worker than a lawyer,” added Ferguson.
