Manyama left City at the start to the season to join Atiker Konyaspor in Turkey. However, the move to Europe has not been fruitful for Manyama with the player spending most of his time on the bench.
He was also not registered for the second half of the season.
“I spoke to Lebo a few days ago, I discovered that he was not registered after Christmas,” Comitis told Metro FM.
“That must be extremely frustrating for him, there was a particular coach there that didn’t favour him, now that coach has been fired. I hope the new coach will re-register him and bring light into his life so that he can continue,” added Comitis.
Asked if he would welcome Manyama back to City, Comitis said: “The numbers may be unaffordable for us but Lebo is always welcomed to join Cape Town City again.”
