The draw for the last four was made at Mbombela Stadium after the quarterfinal match between Chiefs and Cape Town City, which Amakhosi won 2-0.
Golden Arrows will host National First Division outfit TS Galaxy in the next match.
Dates and venues for the semifinals will be announced by the Premier Soccer League at a later stage.
