Amakhosi coach Ernst Middendorp is reportedly looking to bring in players that can help him win the league next season.
According to Sowetan, Zesco United striker Lazarus Kambole is on Chiefs’ wish list for next season.
Kambole scored a hat trick in five minutes in the Caf Champions League against Mbabane Swallows for Zesco United last year, making it the fastest to be scored in the tournament.
Another Zambian who is reportedly on Chiefs’ radar, according to Sowetan, is striker Jesse Were, who is Kambole’s striking partner at Zesco.
Amakhosi aim to win the league next season to celebrate their 50th anniversary with the league title.
Gabadinho Mhango and Thabang Monare from Bidvest Wits could move to Chiefs in pre-season.
Mhango’s contract with the Clever Boys expires at the end of the season and could join as a free agent.
