Kaizer Chiefs has released midfielder Lucky Baloyi months after renewing his contract.

This comes as a surprise after Amakhosi extended the player’s contract with the team in February for two more years.

The player’s agent, Jazzman Mahlakgane told KickOff that the two parties have agreed on a settlement after making 10 appearances for Chiefs in the 2016/2017 season.
