Chiefs legend wants to secure PSL move for Swazi star

Former Kaizer Chiefs midfielder Abel Shongwe says he will try his best to see that talented Swaziland striker Felix Badenhorst secures a PSL move.

The former Swaziland international says Badenhorst deserves a move away from the Swazi Premier League.

The Mbabane Swallows striker is 28 years old and Shongwe admits that his age could make a big money move more difficult.

“I have always wanted to see him play here, in South Africa,” Shongwe told Phakaaathi.

“He deserves it. When you look at his quality, he has the quality that most PSL players have. His technical ability is amazing.”

“And it needs to be soon because his getting closer to 30, but I am confident I can help him, it should have happened sooner, but we still have time. I want to reach out to him and help him. I like helping players from Swaziland find clubs here (in South Africa). There is a lot of quality there and PSL teams need to go to Swaziland for players.”
