Striker Roggert Nyundu and midfield duo Ali Abondo and Jacky Motshegwa have joined Siwelele.
Nyundu joined the Free State side after spending last season with AmaZulu, who have recently returned to the Absa Premiership.
The trio were each given a two-year deal with one-year option to extend their stay at the club.
Siwelele had already unveiled four new players earlier in the week, with Victor Letsoalo and Sipho Jembula signing on Thursday, while Lucky Baloyi and Ndumiso Mabena were confirmed on Wednesday.
