Castro is a Kaizer Chiefs player – agent
Leonardo Castro's agent has dismissed reports that the player could be on his way to France, insisting that he is a Kaizer Chiefs player.

Castro recently signed for Chiefs from Mamelodi Sundowns, but there has been confusion surrounding his transfer.

This comes after reports emerged in France suggesting that the striker had attracted interest from Ligue 1 club Amiens.

“The Amiens report is about who should replace (Lacina) Traoré now that he is leaving,” Castro’s agent Joao Betancourt told IOL.
“And Castro is waiting for his new work permit under Kaizer Chiefs. So, he will arrive on January 6,” he added.
