Having lost Roland Putsche and Thabo Nodada for the rest of the season due to injuries, City have wasted no time in acquiring reinforcements.
Cape Town City have announced the signing of Dutch playmaker Chris David on a two-and-a-half year deal.
The 25-year-old, who also played for English Premier League side Fulham, FC Twente and FC Utrecht, becomes the second acquisition by City after the club announced the signing of Travis Graham.
