Butler takes Stars to Fifa over unpaid monies

The English mentor signed a two-year-deal with Dikwena at the start of the season and was fired after two league games.

According to a source close to Butler, the coach had to be paid some money for the termination of his contract.

“Platinum Stars was supposed to pay Butler an amount of money for terminating his contract,” the source told Isolezwe.

“His lawyers have submitted papers to Fifa, his case will not be heard in the Premier Soccer League Dispute Resolution Chamber because Butler is an international coach, and that is why it will be handled by Fifa.”
