Amakhosi management promised to sign players that could help the team compete for silverware in the 2018/19 season following a three-year drought under the mentorship of Steve Komphela.
The Soweto giants’ top targets for the current transfer window are Khama Billiat and Andile Jali, who later joined Mamelodi Sundowns after his contract with Belgium club KV Oostende was terminated.

Billiat has several offers from clubs in Europe and locally, with Romanian giants Steaua Bucuresti joining the race for his signature.
The Zimbabwean forward turned down an offer from Zamalek. The White Knights reportedly tabled a $450 000 annual salary offer, but Billiat’s agent, Mike Ngobeni, confirmed that his client rejected the offer.
Baxter is expected to make a return to Naturena after failing to inspire Bafana Bafana to qualify for the World Cup.
