Thobejane was suspended by Baroka last week Friday.
The reason for his suspension was not revealed by the club, but it is alleged that he was suspended for drinking on the job with the players on the bus after the match against Free State Stars on February 3.

Baroka CEO Morgan Mammila, however, dismissed this allegation, saying it was an internal matter.
Mammila also dismissed reports that several players including captain Olaleng Shaku and goalkeeper Oscarine Masuluke were also suspended for the bus incident.

According to a source close to Baroka, Thobejane will appear in front of the club disciplinary committee next week, where his fate will be sealed.
“An additional charge of bringing the club into disrepute will be added to his charges after his outbursts in the media following his suspension,” the source told Phakaaathi.
“The management is not happy that he went to the media to accuse the club of ill-treatment against him. He should have waited for the DC to state his case, but instead he went to the media,” added the source.
Attempts to get a comment from Thobejane proved fruitless as his phone went to voicemail.
Baroka are set to play Platinum Stars in the Nedbank Cup last 32 match tonight.
Thobejane’s assistant MacDonald Makhubedu will lead the team and will be assisted by the head coach of the MultiChoice Diski Challenge team, Matsimela Thoka.
