Baroka boss backs Nyirenda, rules out Thobejane’s return
Baroka FC chairman Khurishi Mphahlele has backed under-pressure coach Wedson Nyirenda to turn things around at the struggling club.

A section of Bakgaga have called for Nyirenda to be sacked and be replaced by former coach Kgoloko Thobejane.
Speaking to LimSportSportsZone, Mphahlele said the Baroka management is standing by Nyirenda and his technical team.
“Wedson Nyirenda is a seasonal coach, he knows what he is doing, he is an international coach. You can not compare him to Kgoloko Thobejane. Kgoloko Thobejane doesn’t have anything,” said Mphahlele.
Baroka, who are currently 15th on the log with 21 points in 24 games, next face Kaizer Chiefs in the league on Saturday, April 6.
